indicate the Best Days and Times during the Week that we are able to reach you. We then schedule
a Client & Eye-Witness Interview (Step 2) based on the information and the time frames that you

It will be very important for you to remain vigilant of your Emails and/or Contact Phone for our

to you will indicate the Date and Time for your Scheduled Client & Eye-Witness Interview.
We strive to schedule these Interviews to occur as early as your next available date. However,
please be aware that some Interviews may be scheduled up to week after we have received
a request. Interviews are scheduled based on the order that we receive our Requests for
Assistance, and per their indicated urgency.

It may be possible to schedule an immediate, same-day or next-day Client & Eye-Witness Interview.
We typically conduct Emergency Interviews for Cases that are experiencing Urgent Situations.
