PHASE 1: PRIMARY CLIENT CONTACT
EPIC Executive Consultants can help to answer your questions and concerns about the Strange, Unexplained or
Paranormal Activity that you and your Loved Ones may be experiencing. We will remain as discreet about our
work as you need for us to remain, and will abide by any ‘Privacy and Confidentiality Guidelines’ that you indicate.

Professional Paranormal Investigation Services. All Donations in any amounts are graciously accepted.

Once we receive your Request for Paranormal Assistance, one of our Executive Case Managers will reply within
24 to 48 hours to provide you with details on how we may proceed in offering you assistance. It will be very
important for you to remain vigilant of your Emails and/or Contact Phone for our response and future
communications from our Organization.
NOTE: We completely understand how difficult it may be for you to reach out to someone for help regarding
the Supernatural or Paranormal. For this reason, our Organization will always remain sensitive to your
(our Clients) needs and strictly uphold your ‘Rights to Privacy and Confidentiality’! We will safeguard all of
your Personal Information that you provide to us and will be as discreet as you need for us to be while
conducting all relevant work associated with your Case.
​One of the Questions presented on the ‘Request for Paranormal Assistance’ Form asks for you to indicate the
Best Days and Times during the Week that we are able to reach you. We then schedule a Client & Eye-Witness
Interview (Step 2) based on the information and the time frames that you had indicated on the Form.

The response that we will send to you indicates the Date and Time for your scheduled Client & Eye-Witness Interview.
We strive to schedule these Interviews to occur as early as your next available date. However, please realize that
some Interviews may be scheduled up to week after we have received your request. Interviews are scheduled
based on the order that we receive requests for assistance, and per their indicated urgency.

- FOR URGENT & EMERGENCY CASES -
It may be possible to schedule an immediate, same-day or next-day Client & Eye-Witness Interview. We typically
conduct Emergency Interviews for Cases that are experiencing Urgent Situations. These scenarios include when
individuals are experiencing Heightened or Escalated Activity, as well as when there is a potential harm to anyone
involved, especially when it concerns Children, the Elderly or Pets.
PHASE 2: CLIENT & EYE-WITNESS INTERVIEWS
On the Date and Time indicated for your scheduled Client & Eye-Witness Interview, an Experienced Executive Case Manager will contact you. The responses you provide during this Interview will assist our Organization in gathering
some preliminary information regarding your Case and help us to ascertain the extent and severity of reported
Paranormal Activity.

IMPORTANT: Client & Eye-Witness Interviews are primarily conducted by Phone, although we may also conduct
them In-Person, if necessary. Please note that these Interviews may take a bit of your time to complete, typically
lasting about 90+ minutes. Lastly, please also be aware that all Interviews conducted by our Organization may be
recorded with an Audio/Visual Device or Recorder for Documentation Purposes, however, they will be kept as
Private and Confidential as you require.

During this Interview, the Executive Case Manager will ask you and any Witnesses present a series of questions
about the Unusual Disturbances or Paranormal Activity that you may be experiencing.
​
Most of our Organization’s Executives have experienced the Supernatural to some degree or other. For the
majority of our Team Members, the Paranormal has always been a significant and very real part of their daily
Lives. We understand what it is like to be scared, confused, frightened or even curious of these Unexplained
Encounters. As such, each of us have a Genuine Concern for the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual
Well-Being of our Clients. We truly care about them and will always remain Compassionate, Respectful,
Thoughtful and Responsive to their needs. Our Executives will do all that they can to help our Clients find
Answers, Explanations and/or Resolutions for the Paranormal Activity that they may be experiencing. In
doing so, we aim to help the Living, Spirits and other Entities that may be involved with our Paranormal Cases
in the most Positive and Loving Manner.

Upon completion of our Client & Eye-Witness Interview, our Organization will use all of the information and
responses that were provided to determine if your Case warrants further inquiry. If so, then we will proceed to
schedule an Initial Paranormal Investigation (Step 3) of your Property. Please also note that there may be a few Client
Guidelines involved with our Executive Paranormal Investigations that we will need for you to consent and adhere to.
PHASE 3: INITIAL PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION
Executive Paranormal Research and Investigations are typically scheduled on a single day during the weekends
(Friday thru Sunday), and will typically last between 4 to 6 hours. In order for us to coordinate our Team properly,
Start Times for these Investigations are usually scheduled for the Early Evening or Late Night hours.
​
In situations or venues that will not allow Evening/Late Night Investigations, during times in which Clients are
unavailable during these Days and Times, or during times in which the weekends are not a workable time for us
to Investigate - our Organization may be flexible and able to accommodate our Clients accordingly.
​
For example, some Businesses, Historical Sites, Private Properties or other Locations may be active during the
Weekends in the Evenings and Late Night hours. As Working Professionals, we understand that Business
Operations must come first, and we do not intend to disrupt or interfere with these Operations in any way.
Therefore, our Team of Executives are more than willing to accommodate our Clients and adjust our Work based
around the Guidelines, Time Frames and other Terms that they specify. We may schedule Paranormal Investigations
earlier in the day, if necessary, especially for Cases in which Paranormal Activity is reported to be more prevalent
during the day.

On the Date of the Initial Paranormal Investigation of your Property, the Executive Directors will meet with you
for a brief Consultation. During this meeting, we will review the Client Guidelines that you had previously agreed
to and conduct a quick Walk-Through of your Property. We will also need for you to complete and sign an Agreement
in which you, the Client, gives our Organization permission to conduct Paranormal Research and Investigations of
your Property. This Agreement is designed to protect all parties involved and must be consented to before our
Organization can begin working your Case. After concluding our meeting, we will then proceed to conduct our
Initial Paranormal Investigation of your Property.

EPIC Executives strive to effectively reveal the Truth while uncovering and potentially explaining the Source(s)
of purported Paranormal Activity by conducting In-Depth, All-Encompassing and Comprehensive Paranormal Investigations for your Case.
During the Initial Paranormal Investigation of your Property, EPIC Executives will:
• Establish and Record Baseline Measurements & Fluctuations
• Attempt to Debunk, Disprove and Recreate any Claims of the Paranormal made by the Clients in this Case
• Attempt to gather Tangible, Credible Evidence for or against the Paranormal by means of Scientific Methods,
Devices and related Technology
• Document and Gather Evidence of the Paranormal, as well as Communicate and Interact with Spirits
• Conduct Additional Witness/Percipient Interviews As Necessary
• Other Related/Associated Research and Work

Our Advanced Supernatural Research includes both Scientific Methodology and Metaphysical Approaches.
We also adhere to various strict Guidelines, Policies and Protocols during every Paranormal Investigation to
ensure that our Team of Professionals operate with complete Authenticity, Responsibility and Integrity at
all times. Scientifically, we conduct extensive Supernatural Research and Paranormal Investigations by
implementing Specialized Instruments, Electronic Tools, Audio/Visual Recording Devices, Paranormal
Equipment and other related State-of-the-Art Technology. Our Metaphysical Approaches involve the
implementation of our Gifted Executives’ Psychic, Intuitive and/or Mediumship Abilities.

The Highly-Specialized Investigative Methodologies that we implement during our Paranormal Investigations
are proven to be successful in allowing our Professional Team to determine if reported Unexplained Events
and Disturbances have any legitimacy of being Paranormal in origin.

More importantly, our Organization’s Protocols greatly assist with: uncovering and potentially explaining the
Source(s) of purported Paranormal Activity; establishing successful contact with Spirits and other Supernatural
Beings; determining the proper Courses of Actions to take for each Case as they progress; providing Solutions,
Resolutions and/or Answers to our Clients for Closure and Peace-of-Mind; allowing us to excel in the ability
to document Compelling, Credible and Factual Evidence of The Supernatural, and; the ability to apply our
extensive expertise to all other areas of the Professional Services that we provide.
PHASE 4: CASE RESEARCH &
DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE REVIEW
After completing our Initial Paranormal Investigation, our EPIC Executives will then require some time to conduct
all of the necessary Case Research regarding your Property and Case, as well as time to complete our Evidence
Review and Analysis Process for all Documented Evidence.

Thorough and Methodical Examination completed by our EPIC Executives typically involves Scientific, Historical, Genealogical, Property, Experimental, Analytical, Geographical, Environmental and Astronomical Research.
Additional Client and Eye-Witness Interviews, as well as other types of Specialized Research, may also be
performed. Conducting Specialized Research provides our Organization with invaluable and insightful
information regarding a Paranormal Case. For instance, our Organization will conduct meticulous Historical
and Property Research to determine if there has been any Significant Occurrences that may have occurred at a
location, and then research these events to determine if and how they could relate or impact our Case.
Timeframes for the completion of our Evidence Review and Analysis Process
for all Documented Evidence collected varies from Case to Case:

Urgent Cases entail anyone experiencing profound situations involving Extreme or Escalated
Paranormal Activity that has the potential to harm Children, the Elderly or Pets. Other Supernatural
emergency situations or incidents that require immediate attention also fit in this category. These Cases
hold our Highest Priority of 5-7 Days for the completion of our Evidence Review and Analysis Process.
​
High-Profile Cases entail High or Unusual Levels of Paranormal Activity. They may also involve Private
and/or Confidential Clients. These Cases require pressing assistance and receive a Completion Time
of 7-10 Days for our Evidence Review and Analysis Process.
​
Active Cases involve Clients that report Current, Ongoing and/or Significant Levels Paranormal Activity.
These are our typical Clients and receive a Completion Time of 10-15 Days for our Evidence Review
and Analysis Process.
​
Standard Cases involve Clients that report more Mild, Infrequent, Random and/or Low-Levels of
Paranormal Activity. These Cases receive a Completion Time of 15-21 Days for our Evidence Review
and Analysis Process.
​
Our EPIC Executives work diligently on all associated Case Research and Documented Evidence Review
during these interims. In the duration of our Research and Evidence Review Processes, we kindly request
for our Clients to continue noting and cataloging any further Paranormal Activity that they may experience,
as well as notify us immediately if any such events were to dramatically increase or become extreme or
disruptive to their Lives. We will then respond promptly and accordingly.
PHASE 5:
SUBSEQUENT COMPARATIVE & SUPPLEMENTARY
OVERNIGHT PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS
Whether or not our Initial Paranormal Investigation of your Property yielded any compelling Documented
Evidence of the Paranormal, and before we are able to make any conclusive determinations for your Case,
our EPIC Executives will need to conduct at least one (or more) Subsequent Comparative Paranormal
Investigations of your Property.
​
Comparative Paranormal Investigations are critical as they allow for one of the most important principles of
the Scientific Method – Reproducibility. As Professionals and as Scientists, we always attempt: to retest any
Initial Findings; to document and collect more Evidence of the Paranormal; to complete other Advanced
Work and Proprietary Methods in order to gather enough Empirical Data so as to make Informed and
Knowledgeable Determinations regarding a Paranormal Case.
During Subsequent Comparative Paranormal Investigations, we will retest our Initial Findings in an attempt
to rule out Explainable Sources for the Evidence we were able to document. We will also continue our attempts
to gather Tangible, Credible Evidence for or against the Paranormal by implementing Specialized Instruments,
Electronic Tools, Audio/Visual Recording Devices and Paranormal Equipment, as well as Metaphysical
and Psychic Approaches.
These Supplementary Investigations are also scheduled on a single day during the weekends (Friday thru
Sunday), and will typically last between 4 to 6 hours. In order for us to coordinate our Team properly, Start
Times for these Investigations are usually scheduled for the Early Evening or Late Night hours. In situations
or venues that will not allow Evening/Late Night Investigations, during times in which Clients are unavailable
during these Days and Times, or during times in which the weekends are not a workable time for us to
Investigate - our Organization may once again be flexible and able to accommodate our Clients accordingly.
Subsequent Comparative Paranormal Inquiries may involve Supplementary Overnight Investigations of your
Property, if necessary and whenever possible. During these types of Investigations, EPIC Executives investigate
your Property overnight and/or set up Investigative Equipment to run and operate during times in which your
Property is unoccupied. Conducting these types of Paranormal Investigations have been successful in
yielding additional Evidence of the Paranormal and/or in providing us with further data.
During Subsequent Comparative and/or Supplementary Overnight Paranormal Investigations,
EPIC Investigators will continue to:
• Establish and Record Baseline Measurements & Fluctuations
• Attempt to Debunk, Disprove and Recreate any Claims of the Paranormal made by the Clients in this Case
• Attempt to gather Tangible, Credible Evidence for or against the Paranormal by means of
Scientific Methods, Devices and related Technology
• Document and Gather Evidence of the Paranormal, as well as Communicate and Interact with Spirits
• Conduct Additional Witness/Percipient Interviews As Necessary
• Other Associated/Connected Research and Work
PHASE 6: SUPPLEMENTARY CASE RESEARCH & DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE REVIEW
After completing any Subsequent Comparative and Supplementary Overnight Paranormal Investigations,
our EPIC Executives will once again require some time to conduct any necessary Supplementary Case Research
regarding your Property and Case, as well as time to complete our Evidence Review and Analysis Process
for all newly Documented Evidence.
​
Time-Frames for the completion of our Evidence Review and Analysis Process for all Documented Evidence
collected for our Cases varies from Case to Case [refer to Step 4]. For Supplementary Overnight Paranormal
Investigations, the Evidence Review and Analysis Process will take some additional time as there will be
a significant amount of Documentation to analyze.
PHASE 7: FINAL CASE REPORT & EVIDENTIAL FINDINGS
Once we have completed all of the necessary Case Research, Paranormal Investigations, Documented Evidence
Reviews and other associated Work for your Case, our Organization will then complete a Final Case Report for
your Paranormal Case. These Reports are In-depth, All-Encompassing and Comprehensive, detailing all
pertinent Information, Data, Results and Evidence that is relative to your Paranormal Case.

Final Case Reports also feature a compilation of Reports for every Paranormal Investigation conducted at
your property, completed by each EPIC Executive that had conducted Research and/or Investigations of your
location.
These All-inclusive Reports contain:
​
• Detailed accounts or summaries of our Executive’s Notes, Thoughts and Experiences throughout the Case
and during all Paranormal Investigations they had attended. Any pertinent Psychic, Mediumship and/or
Intuitive Impressions and Information will also be indicated, if applicable.
​
• Detailed accounts or summaries of any Research/Investigation Procedures, Methodologies, Experiments,
and Scientific-related Findings that were implemented. Copies of any applicable, supplementary Research
performed may also be included.
​
• Final Conclusions are made by each Executive specifying whether or not they found the
Investigation Site to be Haunted or Paranormally-Active.
​
• Personal Advice, Suggestions, Recommendations and Additional Assistance for the Client on how to proceed
with or resolve their Paranormal Case, Situations and Concerns. Education and insight to help the Clients
involved gain an understanding of the results of each Executive’s Research are also described.
​
• Multimedia Copies of Evidential Material, such as Photographs, Audio Recordings, Videos and other
types of Evidence and/or Written Documentation, if applicable.

• Other Unique and Proprietary Information
PHASE 8: CASE CONCLUSION & CLIENT REVEAL MEETING
Once we have completed all of the necessary Paranormal Investigation Procedures and Phases #1 - #7,
we will then conduct a Client Reveal Meeting with the Client(s) involved in a Case. During this meeting, we
provide our Clients with Truthful, Trustworthy and Accurate Interpretations for the Results obtained for a
Paranormal Case.
EPIC Executives will reveal and provide copies of all of our applicable Research, Information,
Data, Results and/or Paranormal Evidence that they were able to collect for their Case during our Investigations.
We also provide an Official Status for our Paranormal Cases as being Resolved, Inconclusive or Other. Lastly, the
Client will be provided with a few Resolutions to their Case and be placed on ‘Standby’ with the indication to
alert us if any Paranormal Activity should reoccur or suddenly become disruptive once again.
Resolved Statuses indicate that the Case is complete and that our EPIC Executives were successfully able to
provide Resolutions, Answers, Explanations and/or other Favorable Outcomes to the Living, Spirits and other
Entities involved. In most instances, this Status may also indicate that we were successful in obtaining Credible
and Compelling Evidence of the Paranormal. Our Clients will, of course, receive copies of all Evidential Material
and Media.
It is important to note that Resolved Statuses may not always indicate that a Case had involved a Haunting or
Paranormal Activity. For Cases that did in fact involve Paranormal Activity, Spirits and other Entities –
supporting Evidential Findings and Verifiable Documentations will be provided. On the other hand, some
Resolved Statuses may indicate that EPIC Executives were able to find Alternative and Rational Explanations
for the Activity that you may have been experiencing.
For Cases that involve Logical Explanations - any Findings will be accompanied by Supporting Information that
describes Explainable Sources/Causes for reported Unexplained Activity. Oftentimes, Resolved Statuses may
involve both verification of Paranormal Activity AND Alternative/Logical Explanations for reported Phenomena.
Since most if not all reported Paranormal Activity for Resolved Status Cases has been either explained or
solved, these Statuses also signify the Closing of a Paranormal Case. However, the Client will be placed
on ‘Standby’ with the indication to alert us if any Paranormal Activity should reoccur or suddenly
become disruptive to their Lives once again.
Inconclusive Statuses are RARE dispositions for the Paranormal Cases that we work on as our Organization’s
forte is in Resolving Cases successfully. However, sometimes there are various factors that are involved that
may hinder or even prevent EPIC Executives from being able to resolve a Case. Most of these factors involve:
a lack of sufficient Research, Information and/or Data; not having the necessary authorization or not being able
to access particular areas or locations during a Paranormal Investigation; not having the appropriate resolutions
at our immediate disposal; an Entity’s or Spirit’s unwillingness to communicate and/or cooperate with us;
unsuccessful attempts in obtaining Credible or Compelling Evidence of the Paranormal; other detrimental factors.
It is important to note that Inconclusive Statuses assigned to some our Paranormal Cases may be temporary.
With the Client’s approval, our Team of Professionals will continue to work on these Incomplete, Unsolved Cases
until we are able to Resolve them or help to find everyone involved a Favorable Outcome.
For Cases in which we were unable to obtain Credible or Compelling Paranormal Evidence - Inconclusive
Statuses do not indicate whether or not a Case involves a Haunting or Paranormal Activity. It simply
means that our Organization was unable to find corroborating Evidence or other proof to support the
involvement of the Supernatural for a Case.
For Cases in which the possibility of Paranormal Activity, Spirits and other Entities are suspected but not
verified – further Research and attempts in obtaining supporting Evidential Findings and Verifiable
Documentations will be needed.
Some Inconclusive Statuses may indicate that all attempts to Document Paranormal Evidence have
so-far been unsuccessful, and/or that EPIC Executives were able to find Alternative and Rational
Explanations for the Activity that you may have been experiencing. In these situations, our Findings
will be accompanied by Supporting Information that describes the Explainable Sources and/or
Causes for any reported Unexplained Activity.
Since reported activity for Inconclusive Status Cases have not been either explained or resolved,
they also signify that Clients will be placed on ‘Standby’ with the indication to alert us if any
Paranormal Activity should reoccur or suddenly become disruptive to their Lives once again.
Paranormal Cases may also be placed under Other Statuses as necessary.
