- Valid for ONE (1) Year of 'Quartz Psi-Investigator: Associate-Standard Membership' to 3RD Eye Paranormal™
- Membership Effective Date is the same as the Date of Purchase; Expiration Date is exactly ONE year after the Date of Purchase; Effective Period for this Membership Plan is the ONE (1) Year time frame between the Membership Effective and Expiration Dates
- Memberships Plans and their designated Benefits, Rewards and Perks apply to and are only valid for purchases made by Purchasing Member ONLY. All Email Communications, Correspondence and Ticket Confirmations will only be sent to Purchasing Member’s Email Address
- Official Members agree not to share or distribute their Membership Plan Perks, Benefits, Rewards or other Membership Information with Non-Members, including their Member’s Only Log-In Credentials to our Organization’s Websites. Members found to be in violation of this Policy will have their Membership promptly revoked, and any Costs/Fees paid towards any of our Organizations’ Membership Plans, Programs, Events, Functions, Services or Products are forfeited by the offending Member
- Any purchases made under anyone other than the Registered Member will be promptly cancelled and refunded
- Reserved RSVP-Spot Holds and Priority Seating is granted on a “first come, first served” basis, with Official Members receiving priority over General Admission Ticket Purchasers
- EPIC Executive Paranormal Investigations™ reserves the right to cancel individual Memberships for any violation of our Membership Guidelines as indicated above
- All Membership Plans are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

- All Member's Only and Non-Public Events/Functions that are created, hosted and/or directed by the Organizations that are grouped in this specific Membership Plan
- All purchases for Product/Service Purchase made at the Light of Arcturus: Spiritual & Metaphysical Marketplace (online and in-person).
* The Percentile Discount Perks included in this Membership Plan REPLACES any other Percentile Discount Perks that may be included with other Membership Plans. Other Percentile Discounts, therefore, become void and invalid; Other Exclusions, Limitations or other Restrictions may apply.
* All Events, Functions, Products and/or Services purchased using these Percentile Discount Perks MUST be made by the Official Member (Purchaser of this Membership Plan) only! All purchases must take place within a Member’s Effective Period. (*Some Exclusions, Limitations or other Restrictions may apply).
* In most instances, when the Official Member is making purchases towards Events/Functions, only ONE (1) Discounted Ticket Per Event/Function may be purchased by the Official Member. However, we will occasionally create Events/Functions in which we will offer our Members the opportunity to purchase Member Guest Tickets, which are discounted Event/Function Tickets at reduced rates that our Members’ Guests can enjoy.
* At times, small Monetary Discounts may need to be provided in lieu of Percentile Discounts when these types of discounts are not possible or allowed. Total combined Percentile Discounts that may be applied towards any of our Organizations’ Events, Functions, Services or Products through any Program that our Organizations offer may not exceed 25%.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: EVENT/SERVICE/PRODUCT [ESP] VOUCHERS
Event/Service/Product [ESP] Vouchers are valid for ONE (1) Year from the Date Of Issuance.
ESP Vouchers can be redeemed towards:
- The purchase of all Event/Function Tickets that are created, hosted and/or directed by the Organizations that are grouped in this specific Membership Plan, including: Educational/Academic Programs, Courses, Classes, Workshops, Trainings, Specialized Programs, Supernatural Tours, Paranormal Investigations, Historical Explorations, Enhanced Recreation Programs, Haunted Travels, Exceptional Entertainment, Exclusive Events and/or other Events/Functions
- All purchases for Products and/or Services made at the Light of Arcturus: Spiritual & Metaphysical Marketplace (online and in-person).

For Events, Functions, Products or Services that are priced HIGHER than the Value of an ESP Voucher – The entire value of the ESP Voucher will be applied as a Credit towards the Cost of the Event, Function, Product and/or Service indicated. The ESP Voucher is expended when redeemed/applied as indicated and is therefore void after use.
For Events, Functions, Products or Services that are priced LOWER than the Value of an ESP Voucher – No Cash-Back or Remainder-Credit will be issued for Over-Paid ESP Voucher Redemptions towards Events, Functions, Products or Services that may be priced lower than the Value of the ESP Voucher. Entire ESP Voucher is expended when redeemed/applied as indicated.
ESP Vouchers have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash and are invalid for any other purposes.
ESP Vouchers cannot be used or combined with any other types of Vouchers, and cannot be used in combination with any type of Percentile/Monetary Discounts that a Member may be entitled to through their Membership Plans or other sources.
ESP Vouchers are Non-Transferrable and may only be redeemed by the Membership Plan Purchaser.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: EXECUTIVE RESERVES & RESOURCES FUND
Since our Organizations are privately funded and operated, and because we provide extensive Social Purpose and Charitable Services, an Executive Reserves & Resources Fund was created to assist us in covering the Costs/Expenses incurred for the Operations and Management of our numerous Organizations.
The Executive Reserves & Resources Fund greatly aids our Organizations: to pay for Overhead, Business and Organizational Costs, as well as other Operational and Administrative Expenses incurred by our Organizations; to pay for necessary Supplies, Materials, Equipment and Member Items, such as Food, Snacks and Drinks; to maintain and continue our Organizations' Operations effectively, efficiently and with the Highest of Quality Standards; expand the number and types of Services, Events, Meetups, Functions and Products that our Organizations have to offer; to compensate Faculty, Staff, Guest Speakers, Specialists, Celebrities and other Professionals for their time, efforts, materials and/or instruction; grow and expand our Organizations, which allows us to provide our Services to a wider audience; etc.
