Valid ONLY for the ‘Paranormal Investigation Trifecta [P.I.T]’ Segment of ‘Bugsy’s Haunted Getaway’ Special Event, for ONE (1) Person! These Tickets grant access to the Guided Paranormal Investigations AND "Free-Rein" Exploration of the Bracken Fern Manor B&B, Tudor House and Club House, for this Special Event. They also include all indicated Special Event Features and Inclusions, EXCEPT for the Overnight Hotel Stay & Accommodations and Supernatural Raffle Entries.
 
PIT Ticket Guests are strongly recommended to arrive during Check-In Time, starting at 6PM on Saturday, October 13, 2018. PIT Tickets include all Itinerary Items through the completion of the PIT Segment for our Special Event, which is expected to end around 3AM. Thereafter, Solitary Isolation Trials [S.I.T’s] and Buddy Isolation Trials [B.I.T’s] will begin at the Witching Hour.
 
Once you make your purchase, please keep your ‘Special Event Confirmation Receipt’.
 
Guests will receive a Follow-Up Email that contains important Special Event Information, Details and Itinerary approximately one week before the Special Event Date.

Every Guest that attends can perform a Key Role in our next Paranormal Evidence Documentary by attempting to communicate with Spirits and by helping us to document Paranormal Evidence at these 3 locations. All Guests are encouraged to bring their own Paranormal Equipment and Electronic Devices to help us further document the Paranormal Activity that takes place at all three haunted locations

    Without expectation of any compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future, I hereby give my consent to EPIC EXECUTIVE PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS™, its Founders, Executive Directors, Staff, Personnel, Members, Affiliates and Agents, to use my Image and Likeness and/or any Interview Statements from me in its Videos, Films, Documentaries, Photographs, Publications, Promotions, Marketing, Advertising or other types of Audio/Visual Media and Media Activities, including all Social Media and the Internet.

     

    This ‘Special Event: Video, Photo and Audio/Visual Recordings Consent & Release’ includes, but is not limited to:

     

    • Permission to Interview, Film, Photograph, Tape, Record or otherwise make a Video Reproduction of me and/or Record my Voice;

     

    • Permission to use my Voice, Name or Image; and

     

    • Permission to use Quotes from any Interviews (or Excerpts of such Quotes), the Videos, Films, Documentaries, Photographs, Audio/Voice Recordings, Tapes , Images or Reproduction(s) of me, Recordings of my Voice or any other type of Released Subject Matter, whether in part or in whole, in its Publications, in Newspapers, Magazines and other Print Media, on Videos, Documentaries, Films, Television, Radio and Electronic Media (including all Social Media and the Internet), in Theatrical Media and/or in Mailings for Educational and/or Entertainment Purposes, Promotions and Awareness, or for any other purpose and in any other manner.

     

    Therefore, I hereby freely and without restraint consent to and give unto EPIC EXECUTIVE PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS™ and the Executive Directors, Producers, Editors, Associates, Agents, Assigns or anyone authorized by the Executive Director or Producer (collectively referred to herein as the "Releasees"), the unrestrained right in perpetuity to own, utilize, or alter any Released Subject Matter, in any manner that the Releasees may see fit and for any purpose whatsoever, all of the foregoing to be without limitation of any kind. 

     

    Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I also hereby authorize the Releasees and grant unto them the unrestrained rights to utilize any Released Subject Matter in connection with any Advertising, Publicity, Promotion, Public Displays and Exhibitions of the Videos, Films, Documentaries and/or any other types of Recordings created.  I hereby stipulate that ALL Released Subject Matter is the property of EPIC EXECUTIVE PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS™, and the Founders, Executive Directors, Producers, Editors, Associates, Agents and/or Assigns may do what they will with it.

     

    I hereby waive to the fullest extent that I may lawfully do so, any Causes of Action in law or equity I may have or may hereafter acquire against the Releasees or any of them for Libel, Slander, Invasion of Privacy, Copyright or Trademark Violation, Right of Publicity, or False Light arising out of or in connection with the utilization by the Releasees or another of any Released Subject Matter.

     

    It is my intention that the above mentioned considerations represent that I am entitled to receive NO compensation of any sort or any manner, in connection with any and all usages of any Released Subject Matter.  I expressly stipulate that the Releasees may utilize all Released Subject Matter or not as they choose in their sole discretion without affecting the validity of this 'Special Event: Video, Photo and Audio/Visual Recordings Consent & Release’

     

    Furthermore, with regards to ANY and ALL Events, Meetups, Functions or Activities that I choose to attend and/or participate in, I further agree to completely and utterly release EPIC EXECUTIVE PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS™, its Founders, Executive Directors, Staff, Personnel, Members, Affiliates and Agents, from ANY and ALL: legal responsibilities; claims of liabilities; injuries sustained and/or death; other types of personal, legal, medical, financial, and/or property damages; investigation/research site-damage; personal property damages; any other type of legal accountability or liability, that may have occurred before, during or after this Special Event, or during any segment that may have been filmed, recorded or documented in any manner.

     

    I understand that by attending and participating in the Special Event indicated above on this form, as well as my attendance and participation in any Filming, Footage or Recordings that may take place during this Special Event, that it grants full Legal Protection to EPIC EXECUTIVE PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS™ ™, its Founders, Executive Directors, Staff, Personnel, Members, Affiliates and Agents.

     

    I also understand that this ‘Special Event: Video, Photo and Audio/Visual Recordings Consent & Release’ is given in perpetuity, and does NOT require prior approval by me.

     

    By purchasing this Special Event Ticket/Package, and by attending and participating in this Special Event, I further attest to its authenticity and agree to all of the applicable Terms and Conditions indicated above.
