ONE (1) 'PARANORMAL PENDULUM: SPIRIT COMMUNICATION TOOL' - Choose from a variety of Crystal Pendulums that we will have available and receive a quick lesson on how to use them to communicate with Spirits! Guests will be able to select their desired Crystal Paranormal Pendulums once they arrive on-site at our Special Event.

ONE (1) 'SOLO ISOLATION TRIAL [S.I.T]' PASS – ONE (1) Courageous Guest with this Pass will be given authorization to participate in a supplementary activity during the Witching Hour (3AM), in which they will be left at a predetermined, on-site area at one of the three locations to investigate alone and in the dark for 20 minutes!

Rooms at the Bracken Fern Manor feature either TWO (2) Twin or XL Twin Size Beds, or they feature either One (1) Queen Size Bed OR One (1) King Size Bed. For these reasons, and to help Guests avoid having to sleep in the same bed or stay in the same room with a stranger, all Rooms MUST be sold at a Double Occupancy Rate.
 
Check-In Time starts at 6PM, Saturday, October 13th. Check-Out Time is 12PM, Sunday, October 14th.
 
Once you make your purchase, please keep your ‘Special Event Confirmation Receipt’.
 
Guests will receive a Follow-Up Email that contains important Special Event Information, Details and Itinerary approximately one week before the Special Event Date.
